FireRadar reuses Environment and Climate Change Canada's FireWork forecast data and the existing FireRadar smoke rendering pipeline for every provincial and territorial smoke page. No separate jurisdiction-specific smoke dataset is downloaded for this route.
Forecast limitations
FireWork is model output and can differ from actual local smoke because emissions, weather, terrain, and timing change. FireRadar is informational and does not replace AQHI, local monitoring, health advice, smoke advisories, or emergency authorities.
