Account and FireRadar Plus questions
Email hello@fireradar.ca for sign-in, Wildfire Watch, Alert, notification, billing, or FireRadar Plus questions. Include the affected feature, approximate time, and steps to reproduce the issue.
When signed in, use Subscription and billing to review your plan or open billing management. Email us if you cannot sign in.
Do not send passwords, authentication links, verification codes, complete payment-card details, or other secrets.
Media, research, and source enquiries
Email hello@fireradar.ca for media, research, data attribution, or official-source questions. The media and research page explains the available public tools and source limitations.
