Penticton / Garnet Wildfire (1994)
BC Wildfire Service reports that the 1994 Penticton wildfire, also known as the Garnet fire, burned more than 5,500 hectares, prompted more than 3,500 evacuations and resulted in 18 homes and structures lost.
